隨著半導體設備、伺服器模組及工控主機全球部署需求增加，本專案針對高價值設備運輸提供完整保護方案。
As semiconductor equipment, server modules, and industrial control systems are deployed globally, this project provides a comprehensive transportation protection solution for high-value equipment.

Pelican箱體工程定義 / Pelican Protective Case Definition

採用 Pelican 1730 作為第一層保護結構，具備 IP67、防塵、防水、耐衝擊及氣壓平衡能力。
Pelican 1730 is selected as the primary protection layer, providing IP67-rated dustproof, waterproof, impact-resistant, and pressure-equalization performance.

ISTA運輸條件分析 / ISTA Transportation Analysis

依據 ISTA 3A 與 ISTA 3E 標準設計，對應空運、陸運、倉儲及物流轉運環境。
Designed in accordance with ISTA 3A and ISTA 3E standards for air freight, ground transportation, warehousing, and logistics handling environments.

內襯工程設計 / Interior Cushioning Engineering

採用 EVA 定位結構與 EPE 吸震結構，形成三層式保護架構。
EVA positioning structures and EPE shock-absorbing layers create a three-stage protection architecture.

滑軌獨立保護設計 / Rail Module Isolation Design

左右滑軌模組獨立隔離，避免金屬碰撞及運輸變形。
Left and right rail modules are independently isolated to prevent metal-to-metal contact and transportation deformation.

上蓋預壓固定系統 / Lid Compression Retention System

透過上蓋 EVA 預壓結構，降低設備於運輸中的上下跳動風險。
A lid-mounted EVA compression system minimizes vertical movement during transportation.

木箱運輸系統 / Wooden Crate Transportation System

Pelican 箱體完成後，再配置 ISPM-15 國際規範木箱進行第二層保護。
After Pelican case integration, an ISPM-15 compliant export crate provides secondary transportation protection.
